Wellness coaches are available over the phone to help you set goals and will be there with the knowledge, resources and encouragement to help you achieve them. Popular coaching topics include weight loss, exercise, diabetes and nutrition.

Ongoing nurse support
For qualified insured members, this personalized service lets you work one-to-one with a dedicated nurse over the phone. From working out issues related to a chronic condition to better navigating life with a new diagnosis, your nurse is there to get to know you and your situation.
Health and wellness resources and services are available at no additional cost to insured members covered under an AARP® Medicare Supplement Plan, insured by UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company. If you choose to join a participating YMCA or fitness center, you’ll pay a special monthly membership rate.
The programs are administered by Optum for UnitedHealthcare. None of these programs should be used for emergency or urgent care needs. In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
